1 The required documentation for application of the trademark :
- When the trademark’s owner is an Albanian Citizen, the required documents are:
- Notarized Copy of the Court Decision
- Power of Attorney signed and sealed or notarized. This document must be filled according to the standards of Albanian Trademark and Patent Directory.
- 10 labels of the Mark in case , it’s not a standard word
When the trademark’s owner is a foreigner, the required documents for national registration of the trademark(s) are:
- Power of Attorney signed and sealed or notarized. This document must be filled according to the standards of Albanian Trademark and Patent Directory
- The list of goods according to the NICE Classification
- 10 labels if it’s not a standard word
- Priority Document when it is claimed
The required documentation for application for Industrial Designs is:
- Power of Attorney signed and sealed or notarized. This document must be filled according to the standards of Albanian Trademark and Patent Directory.
- Design Description
- 10 general view of the product or products, a schema of the confection or a model of the product or products
