- Establish, keep and develop the economic contacts with the related chambers, with the economic institutions, associations, organizations and enterprises abroad in order to stimulate the commercial and the economic collaboration between them.
- Participate in the different sessions of the work, conferences, seminaries prepared by different international organizations and other foreign chambers or institutions for the collaboration in the fields of economics, industry, manufacturing, transport and other economics sectors.
- Promote the economics achievements of the city of Tirana, as well as the productive and exporter potential of its members.- Collaborates with experts in different fields of the country or abroad by the mean of arrangements concluded with mutual agreement with them, in order to organize the symposium of the different sessions that in order to inform the members of the Chamber about the legislation and the Commercial practice in our country and in other Commercial partners countries and also about other aspects like the customs, accountings, bank and Commercial-technique
- Collaborates with experts of different fields, of the country or foreigners, on the basis of arrangements concluded by mutual agreement with them on the purpose to give advice, to help or to instruct members of the Chamber for problems that involves relations with nationals or foreigners partners, with Albanian state authorities or different organism in relation with the legislation and/or Commercial practice, financial, banking, customs, accountings.
- Informs its members about the necessity of the market in our country and in the international market, about the tendencies of the Commercial development, about the techniques and technological developments, competition, conditions about its passing, and about the different auctions
- The Chamber organize and manage the expositions and fair marketing, Commercial and professional schools, courses for the promotion of Commercial and industrial information, offices and labs for the control of standards and quality, offices for merchandise labeling and all other activities that encourages Commercial and industry, in conformity with the legislation in power.
- Prepares the drafts, general forms and conditions of the contracts in different sorts of economic activities.
- Informs about the Commercial rules and international bounders taxes as well as about the acts of unfair competition.- Gathers and elaborates information to be used by Albanian commercial organism and Albanian economic institutions according to the existing rules about the taxiing and nontarifing limited exchanges ,managing and running of the companies, the standard demands of the respective documents to facilitate the foreign Commercial act.
- Organize information centers on economy, markets, operators and technologies and takes part as collaborator on the work of the likewise centers abroad.
- Collaborates with the respective and interested state authorities and organizations, of all levels.
- Organizes in the country and abroad the publication and circulation of the Albanian and foreign normative translated acts translations which are related to the Commercial and economic activities.
- Issue the certificates of the origin for the goods and other attestations that may be requested for the goods exchange according to the legislation in power.
- Make the Unification of the documents related to the international Commercial as well as classifies and codifies the information about the goods.
- Acts as temporary agent authorized in view to protect the industrial property.
